The Institute for Gravitational Research will host a scientific meeting on the theme of “Gravitational waves - past, present and future” in recognition of Professor Sir James Hough receiving a knighthood in the Queen’s Birthday honours 2018.
Talks will cover both the history and future plans/scientific potential of the gravitational waves field.
